You want to be involved in the overall design decision-making from concept to material selection. However, you are more concerned with the overall look and feel but do not want to be bogged down in the day-to-day details and logistics required to bring the project from execution to completion.

The goal is to have a home that truly reflects you and will enhance how you and your family live without the stress of having to manage the project or make it all happen.

$120 per hour – This includes designing, concept drawings, renderings, sourcing, interior styling, material selecting, site visits, trade management, general contractor management, etc.

$60 per hour – This includes administrative work like e-mails, bids, invoicing, etc.

20 hour minimum, 25% retainer required

Full Design

Do you need more after completing the Design Consult? You need more design advice for your project and prefer to have an expert heavily involved.

Maybe you started a project on your own only to realize you do not have the time to manage or complete what you started. Maybe you bought some things to get started but don’t think they work with the vision you had in mind. Before you invest more time and money, you realize you need professional guidance to carry out the project.

An example would be: You want to renovate your kitchen; you’ve purchased a faucet and have appliances you love but are overwhelmed when it comes to choosing backsplash tile, a sink, cabinets, countertops, or paint color. You need an expert’s opinion to keep you focused and get you on track. You also want to make sure that what you select will be beautiful and work well with the selections you have already made.

Noun can help and will be able to provide necessary and ongoing advice. Noun will help you navigate all the necessary details to complete your project.
