Better Than Builder Grade

This renovation was all about changing the home’s builder-grade elements to a custom, more personal environment. One of the most significant changes was expanding the small kitchen island to a substantial table-sized beauty great for entertaining, cooking, wine tasting, etc. New door trims, baseboards, and crown moldings were installed to add architectural details filled with character and charm. Empty niches reminiscent of the early 2000s were given purpose, helping to add in that personal element that the home was missing before. Noun helped with space planning and material selections while acting as a consultant from start to finish for this renovation. These clients love their better than builder-grade space and are so happy to entertain in their renovated home.
