These clients were in the preliminary stages of starting a kitchen remodel when they contacted Noun for design help. The overwhelm and exhaustion of decision fatigue were setting in; they needed a designer to bring their renovation goals to life. The intention was to brighten up the main living area with lighter-toned floors throughout and provide more functionality by replacing the peninsula in the kitchen with an island for better flow from one space to another. We added more storage and counter space to the kitchen by taking advantage of an empty niche and incorporated a wine fridge and coffee station (the essentials) in this new area. What started as a kitchen remodel and new flooring turned into refacing the fireplace, updating bathrooms, and refreshing the main bedroom. Once the remodel was complete we put in new furniture and décor to bring the renovation goals to life. This home is now more functional, bright, welcoming, and cozy. Mission accomplished!
